I am an avid follower of brain health podcasts and have read many articles, book chapters and studies. I also do brain training with my students and have created Brain Training for the Mind. I believe in using brain training for your brain for the best brain health. I am a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina, where I was a neurosurgeon. I spent two years as an anesthesiologist. I have also spent many years in clinical education and training as a neuropsychologist and psychologist. I've also worked in anesthesiology as a surgical and diagnostic lab technician, where I was able to help hundreds of people improve their well-being and improve their quality of life. I don't have a commercial product to sell and don't have the time to work on a product to make a lot of money from it. But I hope you will give this blog a try and please let me know what you think. I'd be happy to answer any questions or concerns you have. For me, a big advantage of this brain health blog is that I'm working with a lot of people with similar experiences to me. That means I can learn from your experience, provide feedback, and even use some of your techniques.
